Decorating is frustrating.

I spend a lot of time looking at design blogs, trying to figure out how to decorate my apartment. And I see these great color schemes, with the base colors with the pretty accessories in some unimaginably perfect accent color. So do people go out and buy all those little vases and trinkets all at once? Or do they accumulate them one by one? Doing it the first way seems like a big waste of money to me. On top of that, I like my trinkets to have meaning...or at least be really awesome. As for the other way, building the perfect collection of Blue Things piece by piece seems too slow to me. Especially since I take forever to make decisions.

I'm just getting so tired of these white walls.
